FAQ For Gold Purchase

Here are some Frequently asked questions of worries from our customers. We have taken time to express them one after another so as to make the gold purchase procedure clear to all our new customers. We are working everyday to offer the best to all our customers so as to build long term relationships of mutual interest.

  • How much is shipping?

All our prices include FREE, fully insured shipping on all orders depending on where we are shipping the gold to you.

  • How are my goods sent?

All our raw gold bar and Gold nuggets packages are sent fully insured and require a signature on receipt. When your items are dispatched, you will be sent an online tracking number. We have a “goods in carriage” insurance policy underwritten at Lloyds of London which covers each package for up to $50,000. Please note that packages are insured until signed for at delivery address, and we can accept no liability for items once signed for at work addresses or condominiums.

  • Do I have to Provide any Document for raw gold bar and Gold nuggets Purchase?

  • For ALL sales of bullion sales we may request customers to provide identification so we can follow anti-money-laundering guidelines. If you are buying on behalf of a company we may require further information, please call us for guidance.
  • Can I change my delivery address?

Due to security reasons, we are unable to change shipping addresses from one residential address to another. With a high number of attempted fraudulent transactions and identity theft, we are unable to send orders to different residential addresses from those other than where the bank account is registered.

Please note shipping addresses cannot be changed for orders paid by card under any circumstances. Orders placed online with a card can only be delivered to the same address where the card is registered, otherwise the card issuer’s insurance cover will not apply.

  • Do your Gold bars come with an assay certificate?

All of our gold bullion bars are 24 karat and therefore 99.99% pure gold. They all have 999.9 stamped on them to show the purity of gold.

All our larger gold bars (1 kilo) have a unique serial number and are accompanied by a matching certificate. Some of our smaller bars come with a certificate depending on the refiner and the size of the bar. If a certificate is supplied, it will always be shown in the image and stated in the description.

  • What happens if I am not at home to take delivery?

A notice will be left by the courier at your door and you will be communicated by email and phone so that you can rearrange delivery for another day or collect from your local sorting office/depot taking ID with you. Your parcel will remain fully insured up until it is signed for.

  • How will I know when my order is being delivered?

You will receive an email following dispatch of your order which will include a tracking number where appropriate.

  • How will I know you have received my funds?

You will receive an email from us to confirm receipt of funds.
